This is a hands-on engineering role with a ton of variety and ownership. You’ll work directly with cutting-edge AI teams, helping them take advanced models from early exploration all the way through to reliable, observable, production-grade systems.

What you’ll do
· Build and maintain production-level services and features (Python is strongly preferred).
· Work side-by-side with customers to architect, implement, and deploy high-scale AI systems.
· Turn ambiguous goals into clear specs, PoCs, and shipped solutions.
· Drive end-to-end delivery: problem framing → evaluation → deployment → monitoring.
· Optimise and enhance AI/ML pipelines, improving reliability, latency, and cost.
· Act as an engineer, product partner, and technical guide to customers adopting frontier AI.
What they’re looking for
· Degree in CS/Engineering/Maths or related field.
· 2 + years in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
· Strong software engineering skills (Python preferred).
· Familiarity with ML pipelines or model deployment environments.
· Ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly.
· Comfort working in ambiguity and taking full ownership of outcomes.
