A B2B saas company (c.100 people, Series B), is hiring an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team in San Francisco. The role requires two days per week in the office.
This person will manage a full-stack team working on the core product at an exciting time in the company’s growth. Revenue has grown to above $50M ARR, and customer growth/demand is crazy!
You’ll have:
· Demonstrated success leading high-caliber engineering teams for 3+ years in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
· Extensive technical expertise spanning 10+ years, balancing hands-on problem solving with strategic leadership
· Exceptional talent management skills – proven track record of attracting, developing, and retaining top engineering talent while cultivating a culture of innovation and accountability
